About the Facilitator

Elizabeth Solomon is a Family and Systemic Constellations facilitator, organizational psychologist, executive coach, and founder of New Realm Coaching & Consulting. She has spent nearly two decades with individuals, leaders, families, and groups at the intersection of human behavior, relationships, systems, and embodied practice.

Her work draws on constellations, psychology, somatic practice, ritual, storytelling, and experiential learning. Her particular interest is inheritance: what travels through families and systems, what we carry without realizing it, and what becomes available when we can see our place in a longer story.
