Elizabeth Solomon is a Family and Systemic Constellations facilitator based in Northampton. She works with individuals, couples, families, leaders, and groups to explore the patterns, loyalties, losses, and forms of belonging that can move through families and systems across generations. Her work is rooted in the understanding that healing is relational and systemic, and that ancestry can carry both unresolved pain and resources that are waiting to be reclaimed.

Through constellation work, Elizabeth helps people make visible what can be difficult to reach through insight alone. She works experientially with the body, spatial relationships, family history, and the living dynamics of a system to help people discern what belongs to them, what may have been inherited, and what can shift when previously excluded or unacknowledged parts of the story are given a place.

Alongside her constellation practice, Elizabeth is a leadership and team coach, experiential facilitator, and organizational culture consultant with nearly two decades of experience working with leaders and teams across sectors and cultures. Her broader work brings together emotional intelligence, psychology, systems thinking, somatic awareness, storytelling, and arts based methods, with a particular interest in how personal history and larger systems shape the way we lead, relate, and respond to change.

Elizabeth is a certified Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coach and holds master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Organizational Psychology. She has designed and facilitated leadership experiences for organizations including UNICEF, Google, Autodesk, Regeneron, Patreon, and GolemanEI, and has worked as an executive coach with Mobius Executive Leadership and as a lead facilitator with Late Nite Art. She is the founder of New Realm Coaching & Consulting and The Experience Studio, and co-authors writing on leadership and emotional intelligence with Daniel Goleman.

At Sanctuary, Elizabeth offers private Family and Systemic Constellation sessions, systemic and leadership coaching, and group constellation workshops and immersions.
