Before your first class... 

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register at the front desk, fill out our health release form, and get set up in the studio.

  • Wear clothes you can move comfortably in. We have dressing rooms and also sell high quality yoga clothing in our boutique.

  • Water is provided, and you are welcome to bring your own bottle into the studio.

  • When you come for class, you’ll have the opportunity to rent or purchase a mat. Mat rentals are $2 per class. Students on the Intro Offer and first time students can rent a mat for free. Read more about our mat rental and storage program, and if this is a financial barrier, please talk with us.

  • All students are welcome to free mat storage at the studio - simply ask the front desk for a name tag.

  • Bring valuables into the studio with you.

  • Turn off your cell phone.

  • Let the instructor know of any injuries or concerns you have before class.

Studio Policies

  • Drop-ins are always welcome in our regular classes.

  • Please sign in at the front desk before entering the studio every time you come to class.

  • If you arrive late and:

    • the door is closed, please wait outside the studio until the meditation is over.

    • the door is open, please come inside and sit by the door until the meditation is over.

  • Weather-related cancellations will be posted on the website and on MindBody.

 
 
 
 

Finding Us

  • We are located in historic downtown Northampton, MA, on the third floor of Thornes Marketplace (150 Main St)

  • The parking garage is located behind and connected to Thornes Marketplace via skywalk and offers unlimited parking (first hour free!). 

  • Accessibility: there are elevators in the building, and accessible restrooms on the third floor. YS endeavors to be a low-scent space.



 
 

Need to access your MindBody account?

  • Scroll to the bottom of any page of our website to Login. Here, you can update your account information and check the status of your membership or class card. If you’re having trouble logging in to your MindBody account through the YS website, you can go straight to MindBody Online by following this link.

  • All pricing options, including memberships, can be purchased on our website, here.

  • If you’ve created a login and aren’t seeing your membership or pricing option, contact us - you may have created a duplicate account in MindBody and the Studio Manager can merge the accounts for you.

  • If you need to terminate your membership online, login to your MindBody account directly by following this link, and choose “Terminate” next to the membership you wish to cancel.

  • Questions, concerns, or tech problems? Call or email the studio, and we will do our best to get back to you within one business day.
