In this workshop, we will focus on Nervous System Regulation through centering on inner self care. We will explore the following techniques to work with the body to bring into balance our nervous system:
inviting choice and curiosity in your personal practice
noticing sensations while naturally breathing
practicing presencing and mindfulness
creating shapes or poses with our bodies
inviting playfulness and compassion
Note: Safara and Lexi teach through the lens of Trauma-Informed Yoga. There will be no physical adjustments in this class. You are welcome to move in and out of the space as you need any time during your practice. Welcome to email us with questions.
