Somatic Breathwork Journey: Activate, Awaken, Embody

  • Sanctuary 150 Main Street Northampton, MA, 01060 United States (map)

with Jon Orsini

"This breathwork process with Jon is a pathway towards hope - towards starting over and letting go of the narratives that felt so constricting. This is a powerful and quick key that opens the heart." - Dr. John Stewart, PhD, Clinical Psychologist

Experience the power of the breath to release built-up stress, tension, anxiety and stuck energy. Through sustained, intentional breathing set to music you will create space for your body to surface and release old patterns - inviting new ways of being.

This is not just relaxation or mindset work: it is deep nervous system recalibration. It can be intensive and at times you may notice significant sensations arising - your chest opening, jaw releasing, taking deeper breaths than you've had in a while.

"Soma" refers to the body. We live in a thought-dominant culture, so much so that we often lose touch with the innate wisdom of our bodies - inner knowing that holds our deepest truth. This practice moves you beyond thinking into direct experience, revealing a felt sense of clarity and alignment, well beyond the mind.

Sessions are guided with choice and agency in a welcoming and supportive environment. No experience necessary - just a willingness to breathe and meet whatever comes up.
