Our intention is to create a welcoming space where you can reconnect with yourself, find relief from stress, and learn to nurture your body with the same kindness you’d offer a dear friend. Come as you are with body and spirit—tired, curious, or simply needing a pause— and welcome the invitation to feel supported with options for nourishing yourself.

Those with fluctuating eating and feeding capacity due to chronic digestive illnesses

Cancelation Policy (All Sanctuary Special Programming): If you register for a workshop or event and you do not show up, you forfeit your pass. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for reservation cancelations. Please email us at studio@yoga-sanctuary.com if you cannot make it, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. We are unable to offer credits or refunds.
