Jorie Morgan

Jorie Morgan is a queer trauma survivor who works and plays in the healing and creative arts. They have been involved in dance, theater, music, painting, printmaking, massage, energy and sound healing, tarot, and channeling. They believe that sensitivity and creativity are superpowers, and they use these tools in sound healing work to restore health to others and themselves. Jorie, a highly sensitive person (HSP), has both benefited from and faced challenges with certain sound healing methods. So they decided to learn more and explore in hopes of creating sound healing experiences for other sensitive souls. Jorie uses a combination of crystal bowls, temple bells, and chimes. These instruments work with the principals of resonance, entrainment, and cellular healing in promoting general relaxation, resetting the nervous system, restoring mental clarity, and aiding in cellular restoration. Jorie's sound baths are touch-free and mindful of potential reactivity.

Jorie grew up in Southern Vermont, attended Oberlin College, and spent many years performing and teaching in the Boston area. They currently live in Colrain, MA, with their wonderful and loving partner and dog. They are the creator of Magical Nature Tarot, a beautiful deck of 78 unique collages.
