Postpartum Yoga with Baby (6-Week Series, In-Studio, Masks Required)

  • Sanctuary 150 Main Street Northampton, MA, 01060 United States (map)

This 6-week series is designed for those who have recently given birth and are looking to reconnect with their bodies and their breath in shared space with other new parents and babies. We'll practice gentle and rejuvenating poses, work on regaining core and pelvic integration, and learn techniques for breathing and moving with our little ones. This is a welcoming space for queer and trans postpartum students; everyone is welcome in Postpartum Yoga.

Drop-ins are welcome! (To register for an individual class in this series, you must first use the button below to purchase a drop-in pass, then click on the “REGISTER FOR THE SERIES” button. From there, you can click on the specific date on which you’d like to join us.)

Mondays, May 20th-June 24th, 11:00am-12:15pm (in-studio, masks required)

Sliding-scale series pricing: $100-160.* Suggested price: $130. Drop-in pass: $20-25.

*A note regarding accessibility to all Sanctuary offerings:

We have a range of scholarship options available. If the cost of participating is prohibitive, please email us at studio@yoga-sanctuary.com to learn more.

Before registering, please take note of our attendance policy for Sanctuary series:

  • Students who plan to attend the whole series (each session) should purchase a series pass. A series pass can only be used for the series occurrence to which it is linked, and will expire once that series has concluded; credits do not roll over.

  • If the student knows they will miss 2 or more sessions but would like to reserve their place in the series, we recommend that they purchase the series pass at the low end of the sliding scale, or purchase drop-in passes (if applicable).

  • Postpartum Yoga with Baby only: We offer one (1) drop-in pass per series to students who miss one or more sessions in the series for which they registered. This drop-in pass may be used during the next series occurrence.
