Embodyoga: Balancing Stability & Mobility with the Body-Mind

In Yoga practice we are looking for direct experience of balance, wholeness and unity. The goal of Yoga is not to just become flexible, nor is it to be able to get up into a handstand. It is the relationship of the Whole we are after. Through practice and self inquiry we can learn to accept the whole spectrum of who we are and find the balance of freedom and support through all layers of the body. Through this embodied inquiry we will look deeper into our anatomy with curiosity and awe. Come see yourself in a new light. All levels are welcome.
