Tuesdays, October 17th - December 5th
Over the course of this 8 week series, you will
develop skills to practice meditation in a
supportive environment and to integrate
mindfulness into your daily life. Humor and love
will support students throughout each class.
Please join us whether you have meditated before
or are experienced with meditation.
It is encouraged to sign up and attend the full
series, however drop ins are always welcome.

Meghan Wasiak has a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mindfulness from Lesley University and has also recently completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. As a school counselor, she is skilled at facilitating groups and conversation, and teaches yoga and mindfulness to students at the high school she works in. Meghan has felt the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and loves to share it with others using lots of love, humor, and support-while meeting her students exactly where they are.
