rachael Taylor, LMT
I have been practicing massage since completing my initial training at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon in 2010. The intention of my work is to support stillness in the mind and space in the body in order for energy to flow properly. I use a combination of neuro-muscular/deep tissue, Swedish and Marma (Ayurvedic Acupressure) techniques in my sessions. I am certified as a Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant. I rely on these sciences to inform my work and provide a framework to understand how processes of imbalance occur within the body and how to restore harmony.
