2012 Yoga Teacher Training with Sara Rose & Amy Reed includes Anatomy & Therapeutics Workshop with Martin Kirk
If you have completed the Yoga Immersion, and/or are a Certified Anusara® or Anusara-Inspired™ teacher wishing to enhance and refine your teaching skills, then you are ready for this Teacher Training. Both new and experienced teachers will be supported and challenged to grow.
Over the course of six months we will join together for a transformative journey into the heart of the teacher. Each student will be supported to find his or her unique voice while learning to communicate the essence of yoga. We will explore the art of teaching through elegant and precise methodologies, through which we will learn to skillfully weave philosophy and alignment into the creation of our classes.
This program includes monthly written homework assignments, readings from assigned texts, and practice teaching. The foundational philosophy and Universal Principles of Alignment taught during the Yoga Immersion will be further refined, and you will learn to instruct poses clearly and succinctly, with language skills that inspire your students to express their poses from the inside out.
This is a sacred path, full of joy, challenge and abundant opportunities for expansion. You will learn to share your love of yoga with confidence and to imprint your classes with the dignity and beauty that lie within you.
