The Art of Yoga Immersion is a 50 hour, in-depth introductory course in the fundamental principles and practices of yoga including Tantric philosphy, history of yoga, asana, pranayama, meditation and study of the subtle body.
This profound and joyful journey will equip you with skills, understanding and experience that can forever enrich your life on and o the mat.
Pre-requisites: One year of yoga study prior to start of Immersion. or permission of Instructor. You do not need to be in perfect shape or be injury-free, but willing to learn and participate to your fullest.

This course is designed to be a full and rich experience for those students who want to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga withou training to become a teacher. It is also the foundation for the Yoga Teacher Training Program.
For the first time, students are welcome to register for single weekends, instead of being required to attend all four weekends. HOWEVER, for those yogis moving on to the Teacher Training Program, full attendance is required for the four months.
