WHAT IS THE ANUSARA IMMERSION?
The Immersion Program was developed by Anusara founder John Friend as an invitation to deepen one‘s studentship by delving into the profound teachings of Anusara Yoga and Tantric philosophy. The intention is to refine our experience and understanding of all aspects of Anusara yoga and philosophy, and to learn to apply these empowering teachings to our every day lives. The Immersion is intended as the beginning of a lifelong journey of study, self-inquiry and practice which offer the promise of deep inner transformation, and the joy of unfolding our own deepest essence. Without the pressure of learning to teach, this course of study is a nourishing and important step on the path as a dedicated Anusara student and an opportunity to deepen friendships with fellow students in a loving and supportive community.
