Prenatal Yoga
Designed to nurture women throughout the course of their pregnancy. We will use yoga postures and philosophy to safely address the unique demands of pregnancy and childbirth on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
$96 / 7 week session ($15 drop-in if space permits)
Postnatal Yoga
Bring your baby (ages 6 weeks to crawling) and enjoy poses and exercises designed specifically for postpartum women. We will work to regain abdominal tone, counter- act the physical strains of nursing, rediscover and nourish our physical and emotional centers, and provide support for one another.

Teens Yoga
A fun and creative class combining yoga, yogadance, drawing, singing and meditation.
$84 / 7 week session ($13 drop-in if space permits)
Kids Yoga
Come play in a joyful creative yoga class developed just for 6-8 yr olds. We will explore yoga through the wonders of breath, movement, dance and relaxation developing skills in listening, focus, awareness and joy in self and community.

Little Tots Yoga (2–4 years)
This class is a playful introduction to simple yoga poses, creative movement and breathing. We will roar like lions, slither like snakes, root like trees and do special "double poses" with Mom, Dad or caregiver. Designed for the littlest yogis, this class invites your child to experience the magic of yoga and the wonders of movement.
