Intro to Yoga
New to Yoga? This class provides a nurturing environment where beginners can learn the foundations of yoga practice together: postures and breathing that bring the body into a balance of stability and freedom, woven with a philosophy that uplifts and affirms our essential nature.
Level 1
Introduces the Universal Principles of Alignment in a clear and concise way through postures, breathing techniques, and life-affirming tantric philosophy. A supportive and fun class for beginners or those wanting a basic class.
Level 1 & 2
Not intended for beginners, this class will build up to more challenging poses including arm balances, backbends and inversions. A great in-between class offering more refinements and plenty of fun!
Level 2
Come rock out in these flow-filled, challenging intermedi- ate classes that will ask you to go deeper in all poses and all realms of your being! Ability to practice handstands and full backbends suggested.
YogaFlow
Join us for an hour of flowing on the breath and play at an invigorating pace. If you enjoy fluid movement, you'll love this flow! De-stress from your week in this fun, flow-filled class mixing hot music and yoga you can groove to. All levels welcome
YogaHour
This class combines a variety of postures, stretching and relaxation. Perfect for those who want to unwind, who are new to yoga, or have physical concerns or injuries.
Lunch Yoga
Take a break break from your day with a balanced one hour yoga class. We'll move, breathe and rest, leaving you feeling centered and open. All levels.
