Intro to Yoga
New to Yoga? This class provides a nurturing environment where beginners can learn the foundations of yoga practice together: postures and breathing that bring the body into a balance of stability and freedom, woven with a philosophy that uplifts and affirms our essential nature.
Introduces the Universal Principles of Alignment in a clear and concise way through postures, breathing techniques, and life-affirming tantric philosophy. A supportive and fun class for beginners or those wanting a basic class.
Level 1 & 2
Not intended for beginners, this class will build up to more challenging poses including arm balances, backbends and inversions. A great in-between class offering more refinements and plenty of fun!
Come rock out in these flow-filled, challenging intermediate classes that will ask you to go deeper in all poses and all realms of your being! Ability to practice handstands and full backbends suggested.
The instructor practices alongside the students in this strong practice where you will play your edge in every class of poses. Prepare to work hard and have fun! Pre-requisites: handstand at the wall and full backbend unassisted.
Take a break break from your day with this invigorating mixed level class. Expect alignment based flow, strong core work, stretching, strenghthening, and rest too.
