Sri Revealed: Yoga and Skincare

with Luahn Page and Jaime Olander

Saturday, February 25: 1:30 - 4:00pm

Our beautiful skin is the largest organ of the body and, like every other aspect of our being, thrives with regular yoga practice. Vital functions such as respiration, elimination, immune response and so much more all occur in the skin making it indispensable to maintain optimal health in our bodies. When the skin is well cared for it is better able to radiate outward our essential inner beauty, our unique sri. Drawing from the heart-centered system of Anusara yoga this workshop will offer basic pranayama, meditation and a variety of

asanas, including twisting and restorative poses, that are particularly beneficial to our skin. We will share our approach to natural, holistic skin care with hands-on practice. Flowing throughout the workshop will be a discussion of spanda, the sacred pulsation of the universe, and it’s key role in skin care in the form of rhythm. Each participant will leave with a trial homecare kit and glowing, luminous skin, sri revealed. Jaime Olander and Luahn Page have been sharing their mutual passion for natural health care through yoga and skin care for 10 years. Their enthusiasm and devotion to these pratices is contagious.
