Anusara Yoga Immersion
with Certified
Anusara Yoga teacher Lynne Paterson
John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga, has organized
and inspired a deeper level of study of Anusara Yoga through the new Immersion
curriculum. Designed for both aspiring teachers and committed yogis who want
to deepen their experience and expression of Anusara Yoga, the immersion
offers a comprehensive curriculum of at least 108 hours, offered in 3 sections.
Upon completion of the full immersion, students will be well-prepared for
Anusara Teacher Training, including having the 100 hours of study required
for Teacher Training.
The immersion is offered in recognition and affirmation
that the path of yoga is one of life-long study. Instead of rushing to become
teachers, we first learn to be students, empowering our own experience and
practice of yoga and deepening our connection to the divine within our heart.
The immersion is an invitation to both committed students and aspiring teachers
to learn in a supportive, playful, and welcoming community where each individual's
wisdom and curiosity are honored and empowered.
