Intro to Yoga Series
New to Yoga? Or looking to deepen your understanding of yoga fundamentals? This series is an excellent way to introduce yourself. Luahn Page and Susan Elena Esquivel will provide a nurturing environment where you can learn the foundations of a yoga practice with other beginners developing tools for a healthy yoga practice. Each class will build upon the next, introducing the Universal Principles of Alignment through postures designed to bring the body into a balance of stability and freedom of movement. Using breathing techniques that calm the mind and envigorate the body, and the rich and inspiring history of this ancient practice this series will expand your knowledge of yoga and your body. Space is limited in this special series.
